Connect and Heal appoints Nishant Kashyap of Pharmeasy as VP – Engineering

Nishant has over 16 years of technology experience across development, information security, automation, RPA, and performance engineering & internal tools. Previously, he has worked with leading companies like LinkedIn, Myntra, Oracle, Yahoo, Adobe Systems, and a few startups.

One of his most recent stints was at API Holdings (Pharmeasy). He managed the design and development of platform tools and setup information security practices, automation processes, in-house RPA development, and performance engineering practices from scratch, along with setting up the entire process. He oversaw the growth of the engineering teams from 10 people to 100+ across various functions and the company scaling to more than 5X in just four years.
