Hydrogen inhaler: A bliss for one’s lung plights

Respiratory distress is a common and serious health concern affecting people of all ages worldwide. The Covid-19 pandemic has brought the issue into sharp focus, with many people experiencing respiratory distress due to this viral infection. Using hydrogen inhalers - the know-how
So, how does one use a hydrogen inhaler for respiratory issues? Here's a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Fill the hydrogen inhaler with distilled water
The first step is to fill the hydrogen inhaler with distilled water. Make sure to fill it up to the middle level of the minimum and maximum levels indicated on the device.
Step 2: Turn on the hydrogen inhaler
Once the hydrogen inhaler is filled with water, turn it on. Set the desired time from 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 hours, then touch the start button. The device will then start generating hydrogen gas from the water.
Step 3: Wait for the gas to generate
It takes a few minutes for the hydrogen gas to generate. Typically, it takes around 3-5 minutes for the device to generate enough hydrogen gas for one inhalation session.
Step 4: Inhale the hydrogen gas
Once the hydrogen gas has been generated, inhale it through the nasal cannula. Hold your breath for a few seconds before exhaling. Repeat this process for a few minutes.
Step 5: Auto-turn off mode in hydrogen inhaler
The machine will turn off automatically after it reaches the set time period. The water filled in the machine will last till 4 to 5 weeks time depending on the usage. When you see a red indicator on the pure water button, empty the remaining water and fill fresh distilled water.
