Spanish court rules in Pfizer's favour in Lipitor case

Pfizer Inc said that the Court of Appeal of Barcelona has upheld the company's enantiomer patent covering the calcium salt of atorvastatin, the active ingredient in Lipitor, reversing the lower court decision.
