Govt plans supplementary injectable IPV dose to contain polio cases in Western UP

The health ministry may introduce a supplementary dose of injectable inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) in key districts of western UP along with the existing strategies as polio cases continue to be reported notwithstanding the ongoing programmes.
