Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc., USA announced the launch of sugammadex injection, 200 mg/2 mL (100 mg/mL) and 500 mg/5 mL (100 mg/mL) single-dose vials.
Glenmark’s sugammadex injection is bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to the reference listed drug, Bridion injection, 100 mg/mL of Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC [NDA 022225].
According to IQVIA sales data for the 12-month period ending May 2026, the Bridion injection, 100 mg/mL market3 achieved annual sales of approximately $1.6 billion.
