QurHealth, a Chennai based personalized healthcare concierge start-up, has announced its partnership with over 100 hospitals in four major Indian cities in India -- Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Delhi – all in just nine months since its inception.
The company aims to become a safe and trusted choice for patients and their families for receiving personalized care, online and in-person.
With the launch of its operations in the four cities, the company aims to strengthen its position as a leader in the ever expanding health-tech scene across the country with the help of its cutting-edge healthcare IT solutions rooted in knowledge and innovative technologies such as Conversational AI, predictive analytics and early intervention of comorbidities.
Ravi Kunduru, founder and CEO of QurHealth, said: “We are humbled to serve patients in all age groups and enabling them with safe, secure, and compliant access to their personalized caregivers, doctors, and hospitals. We hope to serve 100 million patients as a secure and trustworthy care concierge firm with a network of 1 million providers and healthcare professionals over the next five years globally."
CS Thiyagarajan, country head, QurHealth, commented, "We are a provider 1st company and are pleased with the overwhelming response from the healthcare fraternity which led to achieve 100 hospitals in nine months of operations. Our goal is to emerge as a safe and trusted choice for patients and their families looking to receive personalised care, online and in-person, to save lives, super proactively.”
In 2020, a watershed year for QurHealth, the company introduced ‘Sheela”, India's first multilingual personalized conversational AI health assistant, to help people track their activities through smartphones and Alexa. This enabled each patient to have a personal healthcare provider that offers real-time medical support and remotely monitors their health status, proactively saving lives.
Furthermore, to ramp up the war against Covid-19, it launched QurOne, India's 1st personalized patient care concierge programme, which they offered as part of their corporate social responsibility to Covid-19 hospitals and patients. Through this initiative, the company has effectively served 600+ patients over the course of 7 weeks. This also won them the coveted “IHWs 2021 Gold Award for it’s innovative Covid19 response solution”.
