 The Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India (Pharmexcil) has announced the India Pavilion at PHARMACONEX, scheduled to take place from September 8 to 10, 2024, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in Cairo.
As the leading industrial pharmaceutical event in North Africa and the Middle East, PHARMACONEX presents a remarkable platform for global pharmaceutical companies to showcase their latest innovations, products, and technologies to an international audience of industry professionals.
"PHARMACONEX provides an unparalleled platform for Indian pharmaceutical companies to connect with global industry leaders and explore new business opportunities in the North African and Middle Eastern markets. We encourage our members to leverage this opportunity to showcase their products and innovations on an international stage," said Udaya Bhaskar, director general (DG) of Pharmexcil.
He further added that with a view to making the allotment procedure easy and transparent, the reservation of stalls has been moved online. Interested members can click on the following link to reserve a stall as per their choice. The link was already active on July 1, 2024. Members are required to make the full payment within three days of making a reservation by July 3, 2024. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. Please note that cancellations are not allowed once a stall is allotted, and any amount paid will be forfeited.
The India Pavilion will be strategically located at the center of Hall 4, providing optimal visibility and access to foot traffic. This prime location is designed to enhance the presence of Indian companies and facilitate meaningful interactions with potential clients and partners.
PHARMACONEX 2024 is expected to be a grand affair, featuring more than 300 international companies and attracting over 8,500 visitors. This premier event will provide unparalleled opportunities for networking, collaboration, and business growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
The Pharmexcil has strategically secured a 144 square meters space for the India Pavilion, which will be divided into 9 square meters stalls. Each stall will be furnished with essential furniture to ensure a professional and welcoming environment. This arrangement aims to provide Indian pharmaceutical companies with a prominent platform to display their offerings, connect with potential clients, and explore new business opportunities in the North African and Middle Eastern markets.
“To facilitate a transparent and efficient allocation process, the Pharmexcil has implemented an online reservation system. Members interested in securing a stall can view the overall floor plan of PHARMACONEX and the layout of the India Pavilion via the provided links. Once a stall is allotted, cancellations are not permitted, and any amount paid will be forfeited. Participants should be aware that this event is not approved by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. As a result, no MAI assistance will be available for this particular event,” the Pharmexcil DG informed.
