 Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Association (IPCA), in collaboration with the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI) and the Local Organising Committee, has come together to propel preparations for the highly anticipated 74th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress (IPC).
This mega pharma event is scheduled to take place on December 19-21, 2025, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC).
The collaborative effort according the organisers underscores a shared commitment to advancing pharmaceutical education, research, and industry innovation. The 74th IPC promises to bring together thought leaders, educators, researchers, regulators, and industry professionals from across the country and abroad, offering a robust platform for knowledge exchange and strategic dialogue.
Adding momentum to the preparations, the official Information Brochure of the 74th IPC was unveiled by Dr B C Bhagavan, vice-chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). The brochure outlines key highlights of the event, including scientific sessions, panel discussions, workshops, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. The unveiling signifies the formal commencement of the event's promotional and outreach activities.
Present on the occasion were Dr Umesh S, additional drugs controller of Karnataka Food Safety and Drug Administration (FDA) Jatish N Sheth, president Karnataka Drugs and Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association, Rajeshkar, deputy drugs controller, CDSCO, Dr TV Narayana, secretary, IPCA and Prof. Milind Umekar, president, APTI and Hon secreatary IPCA among other pharma industry chiefs, senior regulatory officials, pharmacy colleges and representatives from the Karnataka State Pharmacy Council.
This year’s edition will spotlight the transformative potential of emerging technologies under the compelling theme: “AI and Technology in Pharma: Educate, Innovate & Empower – Intelligence. Innovation. Impact.”
