Terumo India marks World Heart Day with #Don'tMissABeat Campaign

Terumo India, the Indian arm of Terumo Corporation, a global leader in medical technology company dedicated to advancing access to high-quality cardiac and vascular solutions, announced the launch of its World Heart Day campaign, #Don'tMissABeat. The campaign aims to raise awareness about early warning signs of heart disease and encourage timely intervention to save lives.
 
Heart disease continues to be the leading cause of death in India, with an increasing number of younger adults being affected. Through this campaign, Terumo India seeks to inspire individuals to listen to their bodies, recognize even subtle warning signs, and seek timely medical help before it’s too late.
 
At the heart of the campaign film are innocent eyes of children, who gently yet powerfully remind parents to “listen” before it’s too late. Everyday moments like pausing after a short walk, unexplained sweating, or fatigue become the backdrop for heartfelt questions from kids, urging their loved ones to pay attention to these early signs. These interactions are paired with symbolic gestures, reinforcing that every heartbeat is a chance to be present for those who love you. By blending awareness with emotion, the film turns medical caution into a relatable family narrative, making prevention and timely care an act of love rather than a chore.
