Syncom Formulations (India) Limited , a WHO-GMP and ISO 9001:2015 certified pharmaceutical company, reported a strong set of results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, marked by healthy growth in income and a significant improvement in profitability over the corresponding quarter last year. On a consolidated basis, the company recorded total income of Rs. 133.36 crore for Q1 FY 2026-27, against Rs. 122.94 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, a growth of 8 per cent. The company's profit before tax rose 59 per cent to Rs. 32.25 crore from Rs. 20.29 crore, while profit after tax increased approximately 58 per cent to Rs. 24.85 crore, compared with Rs. 15.75 crore a year earlier. Earnings per share improved to Rs. 0.26 from Rs. 0.17. Revenue from operations grew to Rs. 125.53 crore from Rs.116.90 crore, an increase of nearly 7 per cent. Ankit Kedarmal Bankda, chairman & whole-time director, said, "This quarter reflects the strength of the foundation we have built quality manufacturing, an ethical prescription-led model, and the trust of the medical community we have served for decades. Our focus remains on responsible, sustainable growth and on making quality medicines accessible to every patient we can reach."
