Lazoi launches upgraded version of Docpractice with new features

Lazoi has launched upgraded version of its software for doctors called Docpractice with new features.

Doctors can now create follow up appointments themselves. From their DocPractice account now then can view all the testimonials and recommendations received on their online profile listed on www.lazoi.com. They have an option to view and approve the testimonials they want to show or hide on the website. This gives them a good control over what is posted about them on the website.

Docpractice members also get the option to receive online consultation request and second opinion request from patients directly for which they can charge the patient online /offline. These requests are in addition to the appointment requests which the doctors are getting through lazoi.com already.

DocPractice members have now got the feature to connect with their patients through SMS service as part of package which they get the time of purchasing the DocPractice Subscription. Once the default quota of sms is over, doctors can purchase more SMS pack at a very discounted prices from their DocPractice account themselves. Payment options are available to keep them fully loaded 24x7.

Lazoi has also launched a feature of listing the clinics other than the doc profile listing. Doctors can now get the listing done of their clinics where more than 1 doctors are practicing.

Lazoi has also launched a Dedicated account manager concept to facilitate appointments with patients over phone, for DocPractice members. This includes making calls on behalf of the doctors to patients to confirm their visit for the booked appointment slot. This helps save a lot of time for the doctors since they are actually aware of actual number of patients coming to clinic each day and no-shows will be given next available slot. All this is exclusively done through the dedicated account managers for all DocPractice members.
