Indian Pharmaceutical Alliance (IP Alliance) announces IP Alliance’s 11th Advanced GMP Workshop under the theme “Raising the Standard: GMP Quality Systems for the Next Decade," which is held from October 8th – 9th, 2026.
The workshop will bring together Gregory Smith, country director, India Office, US FDA; Dr Rajeev Singh Raghuvanshi, Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI), CDSCO; Nilesh Gupta, managing director, Lupin Ltd. and chair, IP Alliance Quality Forum, and quality leaders from across the industry.
Sudarshan Jain, Secretary General, Indian Pharmaceutical Alliance (IP Alliance), said, “India’s pharmaceutical industry has built its global standing on the strength of its manufacturing capabilities and commitment to quality. As technology, manufacturing and regulatory expectations evolve, quality systems must evolve with them. The AGMP Workshop brings regulators and industry together to learn from experience and shape the quality practices needed for the next decade. IP Alliance’s Pharmaceutical Academy for Global Excellence (PAGE) complements this effort by providing state-of-the-art training and capacity building for pharma companies, MSMEs and pharmacy students, strengthening quality capabilities across the ecosystem. Quality is not just a regulatory requirement; it is a fundamental license to operate in the pharmaceutical sector.”
